Karim Shohayeb

Karim enters his 6th season as Director of Squash & Managing Partner of TOG365. Prior to joining TOG365, Karim was the Head Coach to World Champion, Nour El Sherbini and Director of Squash at The Alexandria Sporting Club in Egypt.

Karim has built a reputation as being one of the best squash coaches in the world. Along with Sherbini, Karim has coached a number of Egypt’s top professional players and juniors who have represented Egypt on the highest stage. Since taking the reins at TOG365, players have witnessed the same successes with a number of Karim’s students improving and rising to the ranks as some of the best players in the US. Karim's Egyptian and American students have gone on to represent some of the best colleges in the US.

Karim received a Bachelor in Business Administration and an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology in Egypt. Karim lives in Waltham with his wife, Miral and their two young boys, Adam and Aly.

Greg Crane

TOG365 SENIOR COACH & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Growing up in Boston, Greg was one of the first 5 students in TOG365 and is the epitome of TOG365’s mission to develop strong leaders through Athletic Academic Achievement.

 

During his junior years, Greg rose to the top 10 on the US Junior Circuit, and competed in numerous international tournaments in Italy, Germany and the Netherlands.

 

Greg went on to be recruited to Trinity College where he was part of 3 National Championship winning teams. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Greg focuses on integrating his squash knowledge with expertise in mindset training to help shape a strong mentality to benefit players within the four walls of the squash court and beyond.

Ahmed Elmehelmi

TOG365 DIRECTOR OF JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT

Ahmed, a native of Alexandria, Egypt, is a product of the elite Egyptian Squash Program at The Alexandria Sporting Club, home to many of the world’s best squash players. Ahmed competed in numerous international events as a member of the Egyptian Junior Team, notably representing Egypt at the World Junior Open in Zurich in 2008 and placing 4th at the British Open in 2005.

 

Moving to the US in 2014, Ahmed has held Head positions at a number of clubs, most recently Chelsea Piers in Stamford, where he was instrumental in mentoring and developing several top nationally ranked US players who have since gone on to represent some of America’s most prestigious colleges.

 

Ahmed has a degree in Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology.  He is also a World Squash Federation Certified level one coach, and a NCAA certified movement specialist and personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Aly Abou Eleinen

TOG365 TOURING PROFESSIONAL

Aly is another product of the prestigious Alexandria Sporting Club in Egypt where he was coached and mentored by Karim Shohayeb. In 2015, Aly followed his older brother, TOG365 and Harvard alum, Seif, to the Brooks School in Andover continuing his development with TOG365.

 

In 2018, Aly won the US Junior Open and was named the Boston Globe Player of the Year. Following a brilliant junior career, Aly was recruited to the University of Pennsylvania playing under coach Gilly Lane. Aly immediately made an immense impact on the team receiving the Penn Freshman Athlete of the Year Award, as well as receiving Academic All-Ivy League honors.

 

He was a 2-time First Team All-American and a 2-time First Team All-Ivy League. Aly was the first Penn Men’s player to reach the Individual College finals since 1986, and played an integral role in helping Penn reach the College Team Finals for the first time in program history.

 

Since graduating, Aly has joined the Professional Squash Circuit. In his first season, Aly was noted as one of the fastest rising new stars moving from #313 to #88 in a mere 6 months. Aly is currently ranked #63 in the world.

 

Aly has a degree in Philosophy Politics and Economics.

Aly Tolba

TOG365 JUNIOR COACH

A recent graduate of Trinity College, Aly hails from Alexandria, Egypt. Representing Trinity at the #4 position, Aly had a very successful college career helping Trinity win 3 NESCAC Championships and reaching the CSA Potter Trophy finals in 2019.

 

As an individual, Aly was very active on the junior circuit representing Egypt in numerous tournaments including the Pioneer Cup, the Dutch Open, the US Open and the British Open. Prior to moving to the US to complete his High School at Westminster, Aly was ranked #1 in Egypt, and in 2015, won the US Open U15.

 

Aly has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science with a minor in Biology.

 

Aly’s older brother, Ahmed Hatata is a former TOG365 coach and Bates Alum.
